Thank Your Sponsoring Rotary Club:
Students who attend RYLA are sponsored by local Rotary clubs. Those clubs will be deciding if they will sponsor students again next year. Please contact your sponsoring club to thank them and remind them of what an important program RYLA was for you. Please ask the club if you can attend a meeting to thank them personally. If you do not know what club sponsored you please contact us.
Presenting to a Rotary Club:
RYLA Students are asked to present to the sponsoring Rotary Club about your experience at RYLA. If you have not already done so please consider this. Some students used their personal video and photos, while some just talked to the club. One that I attended ended the meeting with the "Pennies for Peace" activity that Johann ended the retreat with last summer to great effect.
Spread the Word:
Tell five people about RYLA this week. Telling a mix of business people, school administrators, and students is a powerful ways to help RYLA get the word out about what they do and why it is important. Writing a short letter to the editor of the local paper, describing RYLA and thanking the club for sponsoring you, is another way to both thank the club and get the word out about RYLA.

Please take just a few minutes to write us and let us know what you thought was most meaningful and effective about your RYLA weekend, and what activities you think could be changed or improved. If you feel that RYLA changed the way you interact with people, or show leadership in your school, community or family, please send us a quick note describing those changes.
